In this article there was a brochure published that contained a sample ballot that was mailed to democratic voters and distributed at an early voting site in Oxon Hill, Md. Under the law it states that no materials in the form should mailed or distributed in person. They also said that some of the candidates were listed incorrectly in the sample ballot and their pictures were under the wrong category.
In this case the judicial branch has to make sure the laws adhere to the constitution and in this case they do not. The judicial Branch has confiscated anyone who was giving the flyers out. Under the constitution is connected to this real world example because it indicates the laws of how people cant give out unauthorized material without permission. in this case since the constitution was made and people have to abide by it then this makes it so anyone who feels as if they want to give out unauthorized information then they be punished.
I feel that this is 100% correct and right because if someone is giving out false information and there is no law or rule to abide it then it would be okay. but in this case there is a law so therefore people cant do wrong things that causes confrontation or can be called cheating. False advertisement or false information is not respectful so why do it ?
